Agricultural Estate

Palazzo di Varignana is a project hinged around the recovery and regeneration of historic buildings, abandoned rural lands, and farmhouses along with crops that have been discontinued.

Founded in 2015, our agricultural estate stretches today over 650 hectares of land. Thanks to the restoration of the ancient varieties of native olive trees, extending for 242 hectares, we are proud to produce one of the most awarded and recognized extra virgin olive oil in the world.

The wine offering is also being expanded further, thanks also to the upcoming opening of the new cellar: 1,100 square meters that gather an excellent selection of wines. This project intends to bring forward values such as tradition, local area, excellence, and health.

Our Delizie di Frutta jams are made only with fruit harvested in our orchards, with an artisanal processing method and strict quality control on the entire production chain, from the choice of the ingredients to the finished product. The jams contain only fruit and a small percentage of organic grape sugar or cane sugar.

Palazzo di Varignana relies on experienced beekeepers, who do their job with passion and know-how. The result of this is a selection of refined honeys with unique characteristics. A large variety of flavours representing the heritage of the place they come from.

Saffron

In the garden Garden Rio Rosso at Palazzo di Varignana there are 400 square meters of saffron. The spice called saffron is obtained from the stigmas of the flower of Crocus sativus, belonging to the family of the Iridaceae.
