Aurevo is the expression of passionate research: throughout its authentic food and wine offer, the creativity of our Executive Chef Davide Rialti meets the genuineness of the short supply chain, allowing for an exciting encounter between tradition and modernity.

The wood-fired oven combined with the expert hands of our master pizza maker offer the guests of the resort home-made pizzas with a unique taste (available for dinner only on Friday and Saturday).
