Villa Aurea is an elegant private villa with a pool and spa, nestled in the lush green Bolognese hills. Surrounded by over 11,000 square meters of exclusive grounds, it offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas designed for a stay dedicated to privacy, comfort, and well-being.
With five bedrooms, a bright living area overlooking the Anfiteatro sul Lago, a 60-square-meter private pool, and a spa equipped with a sauna and emotional showers, Villa Aurea accommodates up to 10 guests in an elegant setting authentically immersed in nature.
Guests can also enjoy the exclusive services and experiences of Palazzo di Varignana, ensuring a vacation defined by relaxation, privacy, and world-class hospitality.

Outdoor pools
Our Villas feature private outdoor pools or hot tubs, open during the spring and summer seasons. An exclusive space to regenerate in complete privacy, fully immersed in nature. Please note that the pools are not heated. However, during the summer months, a renewable energy system helps maintain a comfortable water temperature. In the shoulder seasons, they remain accessible for guests who wish to enjoy the water even at cooler temperatures. From October to April, the pools are closed.

The Private Villa features a double garage and a reserved private parking area, ensuring maximum convenience and freedom of movement throughout your stay.
