The Kitchen

The union between the Executive Chef Davide Rialti and Palazzo di Varignana born from the common love for the enhancement of the territory, which has always been the heart of the resort's philosophy. The 0 km farm's products, including the award-winning extra virgin olive oil, are the protagonists of the menus, from the restaurants to the banquets.

The Executive Chef Rialti arrives at Palazzo di Varignana to enrich with his international expertise the gastronomic line already set up by the resort team of creative chefs, Francesco Manograsso, Roberto Cortesi and Alessandro Gabrieli.
