The 0 km farm's products, including the award-winning extra virgin olive oil, are the protagonists of the menus, from the restaurants to the banquets.
Our menus are supervised by Dr. Annamaria Acquaviva, nutritionist dietitian and Scientific Director of Palazzo di Varignana, so that they are balanced, sustainability is guaranteed, and the food is of excellent quality, respecting seasonality.
