Is parking available?

Yes, all our Private Villas have a private uncovered parking space, free of charge for guests.

If you are traveling with an electric vehicle, you can recharge it at Be Charge stations at the resort. The access card can be requested from the Villas Specialist, who is available before and during your stay.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, small and medium-sized pets are welcome upon request and with a supplement. Pets are free to move around the villa when accompanied by their owner.

In the resort’s common areas, pets must be on a leash or in a carrier. Pets are not allowed in pool and solarium areas.

We’re traveling with children—are there dedicated services?

Children are welcome in our Private Villas and can enjoy resort services designed for a memorable family stay:

  • Varsana SPA: In winter, children up to 16 years of age can access Crystal Pool 2, a pool dedicated to them.

  • Swimming Pools: During the winter, children up to 16 years old can enjoy Crystal Pool 2, a pool dedicated to them. In summer, access to the resort’s outdoor pools is open to all.

  • Playroom and Kids' Club: A year-round indoor playroom is available to children. During August, kids aged 4 to 12 can take part in the Mini Club, with activities and supervision by professional educators.

  • Outdoor Playground:  the outdoor play area includes swings, climbing castles, slides, and seesaws, suitable for children aged 3 and up.

  • Outdoor Activities and Sports: Bicycles are available to explore the estate’s marked trails. Children aged 3 and above, accompanied by a parent, are welcome to play on the tennis, basketball, paddle, and squash courts.

  • Restaurants: The chefs at Aurevo Restaurant and Le Marzoline Trattoria have created special menus designed to satisfy younger palates.
