The Leadership & Personal Presence Retreat is designed for those who wish to develop authentic, conscious, and sustainable leadership, starting from psychophysical well-being as the foundation of performance and personal expression.

The guest will meet Dr. Annamaria Acquaviva, Scientific Director of the Resort and creator of the Acquaviva Method, along with the multidisciplinary team at Palazzo di Varignana, to personalize their leadership journey.
The coaching and motivational activities dedicated to our guests are essential for driving change.
- Longevity Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner at the Ginkgo Restaurant
- Overnight stay in a double room for single use
- Daily access (3 hours) to the traditional Varsana SPA wellness path, including the Calanchi Cave and White Gold Quarry, pools and saltwater tubs with hydrojets, a music therapy pool, Finnish sauna, Mediterranean sauna, Turkish bath, sensory showers, and a relaxation room with a herbal tea corner

Health assessment
Available by appointment only: 1 Longevity Consultation including a bioimpedance analysis - assessing body composition, oxidative stress, bone density, stress level, psychophysical performance and chronotype - a sleep assessment, a customized nutritional programme with post-stay diet and an epigenetics test. Consultations and meetings with Dr. Annamaria Acquaviva or other nutritionists take place within a direct and exclusive relationship with the professionals, ensuring that sensitive data is processed solely by them.

The amount will be invoiced and booked directly by the doctor and is tax-deductible.

Conditions
- The cost of the package is per person for the nights and services indicated.
- The quotation includes 10% VAT and the services indicated in the offers.
- Any services not used are not deductible from the total package price.
- The programme as described envisages a stay of 3 nights/4 days, but it is possible to extend it to other days.
- The package cannot be combined with other existing offers.
- Compulsory reservation for the traditional SPA pathway/treatments and Personal Trainer when booking the room or before arriving to help us best meet your needs.
- Dr Annamaria Acquaviva's services will be carried out by virtue of a direct relationship with the professional, with the latter issuing an invoice, and therefore sensitive data will be processed exclusively by the professional.

No penalty will be charged for cancellations up to 10 days prior to arrival. After this deadline, 100% of the package value will be charged.
