Designed for families with children and teenagers, the Family Wellbeing Retreat at Palazzo di Varignana is an experience that brings together wellbeing, nature, and shared moments.
Inspired by the Acquaviva Method, and the five pillars of health – nutrition, inner harmony, physical activity, sleep, and integration – the programme transforms wellbeing into an experience to be lived together, through activities, play, and meaningful family time.
Adults and children develop awareness of the body, nutrition, and emotions, strengthening family relationships. Younger guests learn the basics of a healthy lifestyle through fun and engaging experiences, while parents rediscover time, energy, and relaxation, also within the Varsana SPA.
The programme includes functional, balanced nutrition and the educational path “The Joy of Growing Well”, designed to build healthy and lasting habits together.

The guiding role of Dr. Annamaria Acquaviva and her team is central to coordinating the program and supporting families at every stage of the journey, fostering a mindful and transformative approach to shared wellbeing.
- Overnight stay in a double room with a double bed, with the possibility of an additional bed
- Longevity breakfast at Aurevo Restaurant
- 2 Longevity lunches and 1 Longevity dinner at Ginkgo Restaurant
- Kids Club for children aged 4–12, open from Tuesday to Sunday (August only)
- Access to the indoor playroom and outdoor playground area
- Access to 2,500 sqm of outdoor spaces from May to September, featuring 7 outdoor swimming pools, including one dedicated to children, with both freshwater and saltwater pools, as well as whirlpools/hot tubs.
- For parents: 3 hours of access to the traditional Varsana SPA wellness path, including entry to the Calanchi Cave and the White Gold Quarry, whirlpool pools, Finnish sauna, Mediterranean sauna, Turkish bath, sensory showers, sound pool, and a relaxation area with an herbal tea corner.

It is recommended, though not mandatory, to start the program on Thursday or Sunday:
- Price for 1 adult and 1 child (from 0 to 12 years old) for 2 nights: starting form € 1547
- Price for 2 adults and 1 child (from 0 to 12 years old) for 2 nights: starting from € 1862
Conditions
- The package price applies to one parent and one child, covering the nights and services indicated.
- The quotation includes 10% VAT and the services indicated in the offers.
- Any services not used are not deductible from the total package price.
- The programme as described envisages a stay of 2 nights/3 days, but it is possible to extend it to other days.
- Compulsory reservation for the traditional SPA pathway/treatments and Personal Trainer when booking the room or before arriving to help us best meet your needs.

No penalty will be charged for cancellations up to 10 days prior to arrival. After this deadline, 100% of the package value will be charged.
