Cancellation policy

No penalty for cancellations received until 14 days prior to arrival date. For cancellations received after this period, a penalty equal to 100% of the total stay will be charged. Within the 48 hours prior to arrival, the property will process a pre-authorization for an amount equivalent to the entire stay + an additional amount of €100 per night will be pre-authorized to cover any incidental charges.

If, at the time of check-out, the total pre-authorized amount has not been reached or an alternative payment method is chosen, the pre-authorized amount will be refunded. The refund will become available depending on the respective bank's policy.
