Diversity & Inclusion

At Palazzo di Varignana, we believe that people are at the heart of our identity and growth.
This is why promoting diversity and building a truly inclusive environment is a core part of our corporate culture.

We are convinced that a fair, open and respectful workplace enhances innovation, improves decision-making quality, and creates value for everyone—employees, customers, suppliers and the community.

For us, diversity means richness.
To include is to choose to grow together.

Principles

Our policy is based on the following core principles:

  • Zero tolerance for all forms of discrimination, prejudice or harassment, in any form or context.
  • Equal opportunities for access, growth and recognition, regardless of gender, age, origin, orientation, or personal and professional background.
  • Women's empowerment, with concrete actions to support gender balance at all levels of the organization.
  • Work-life balance, through flexible arrangements, welfare policies and support for parenting.
  • Talent development based on merit, with training and career paths designed to recognize each person’s potential.
  • Conscious and inclusive communication, free from stereotypes and open to diverse perspectives.
