Nature Therapy (in Italian and English) – 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Guided relaxation with binaural beats (in Italian) 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM; (in English) 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM

Mindful Lunch (in Italian or English) 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Nature Therapy:
A sensory awareness journey enriched with breathing exercises, designed to promote balance and reduce stress. Held in the garden of Villa Amagioia, one of the 100 most beautiful gardens in Italy. Mindful interaction with nature stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, fostering relaxation, focus, well-being, and immune defenses.

Guided relaxation with binaural beats:
Led by Dr. Acquaviva, this session combines autogenic training with listening to binaural sounds through headphones, which stimulate theta waves. These frequencies, typical of REM sleep, encourage deep relaxation, counteracting anxiety and insomnia.

Mindful Lunch:
A three-course lunch (drinks not included) at the Ginkgo Longevity Restaurant, during which you will experience mindfulness techniques applied to eating. Guided by Dr. Acquaviva, you will learn a new approach to food, culminating in a blindfolded dessert tasting to explore the connection between perception and taste.
