Nature Therapy (in Italian and English) – 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Sensory awareness journey in the gardens of Villa Amagioia, ranked among the 100 most beautiful in Italy, designed to restore balance and reduce stress. Conscious interaction with nature stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation, focus, and immune defenses.

Guided relaxation with binaural beats (in Italian) 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM; (in English) 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM

Autogenic training combined with listening to sounds that stimulate theta waves, typical of REM sleep, to encourage deep relaxation while reducing anxiety and insomnia.

Mindful Lunch (in Italian or English) 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Three-course lunch at the Ginkgo Longevity Restaurant, introducing mindfulness techniques applied to food for a new approach to eating. The experience concludes with a blindfolded dessert tasting to explore the connection between perception and flavor.
