The event is aimed exclusively at classic cars of high historical, aesthetic and technical value that meet the following requirements:

• Built within the year 1973
• In possession of one of the following documents:
  • FIVA ID card
  • ASI homologation
  • Entry in Historic Brand Register
• Vehicles preserved and maintained in a historically correct condition. Restored vehicles will also be accepted

Car applications will be screened by a Select Committee and will be accepted at the Committee's sole discretion. Any requests for substitutions must be evaluated and approved in writing by the Select Committee.

To apply for entry of your car, you must fill out the application in its entirety and mail it to varignana1705@palazzodivarignana.com. The application must be accompanied by a full description of the vehicle and the following photographs:

• ¾ front
• ¾ Rear
• Cockpit compartment
• Engine compartment

Applications must be received by May 31, 2024 along with the deposit payment account.

Subsequent confirmation of participation will be communicated by July 31, 2024.

The participation fee for the event is € 3250 per crew - consisting of 2 people - and includes:

• Participation in the Competition of Elegance
• Hospitality in Deluxe Prestige room at Palazzo di Varignana
• Services described in the event program

A package with hospitality upgrade to one of the Suites at Palazzo di Varignana is also available at a cost of € 4490 per crew of 2. The package includes:

• Participation in the Competition of Elegance
• Hospitality in Suite at Palazzo di Varignana
• Services described in the event program

These packages do not include tourist tax, extras and minibar, transfers and anything not specifically mentioned as included.

Payment of the registration fee will be made in two tranches:

• Confirmatory deposit payment equal to 70% of the chosen package cost - by bank transfer or credit card - by May 31, 2024.
• Balance, only in case of confirmation of acceptance of the car equal to the remaining 30% chosen - by bank transfer or credit card - by August 31, 2024.

If the balance is not received by the deadline, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke the car's participation.

In case the car is not admitted, the full amount paid by August 31, 2024 will be refunded. A right of withdrawal is granted no later than June 30, 2024 with return of the deposit paid. In case of withdrawal after 1/7 the down payment will be retained as a penalty.

Invoice can be requested only after the event is over, thus after September 29, 2024.

The cars shall be positioned as directed by the appropriate personnel and sorted according to class division. Cars will be inspected by the Jury on Saturday, September 28 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Participants are required to be available to the Jury next to their cars during the inspection.

Failure to be present at the time of inspection will preclude any possibility of entering the final awards ceremony. The Jury may touch the car only with the permission of the participant

The following prizes will be awarded during the awards ceremony scheduled for Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 3 to 4 p.m:

• Class Winner for each of the 6 classes.
• Special mentions for cars of special historical and technical value
• ASI special prize
• Special prize Palazzo di Varignana

The following awards will also be presented during the gala dinner scheduled for Saturday, September 28, 2024:
