On November 16, Palazzo di Varignana invites you to slow down and rejuvenate with an experience combining restorative yoga practice with moments of relaxation at Varsana SPA, amid water, warmth, and tranquility.

A harmonious ritual that replenishes your energy, balances body and mind, and celebrates wellness in all its forms, in a place where every detail is designed to make you feel good.

Program

  • 9:00 AM – Welcome 
  • 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM – Yoga session
  • 1:00 PM – Three-course Longevity Lunch at Ginkgo restaurant, 
  • 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM – Access to the traditional wellness circuit of Varsana SPA

Yoga sessions will be led by Alessandra Pergreffi.
