Gastronomic event at fine dining restaurant Il Grifone

Five evenings explore the boundaries of taste in a four-handed gastronomic journey between sea, land, sky and freedom.

The fine dining restaurant Il Grifone at Palazzo di Varignana, led by chef Francesco Manograsso, presents a program of evenings dedicated to creative contamination. Five protagonists to observe at each stage the different canons through which haute cuisine is declined.

Each evening will be an opportunity to explore a distinctive aspect of each chef's gastronomic philosophy, inviting guests on a journey that goes beyond simple tasting to become a complete sensory experience.
